BML281

BML-281 is a potent and selective HDAC3 and HDAC6 inhibitor. Potent inhibitor of the proliferation of a variety of pancreatic cancer cell lines (IC50 in the 0.1-0.6 µM range). This compound, for example, is active against both the Mia Paca-2 and Panc04.03 cell lines at the 100 nM level and at the 200-300 nM level against HupT3.
